Legal basis: your consent (double opt-in). • Audience measurement: aggregate and anonymous browsing statistics (page views, traffic source, reading depth), without cookies or identifiers. Legal basis: legitimate interest; measurement exempt from consent as it is anonymous. • Technical data: host connection logs (IP address, timestamp), for operation and security. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Recipients and processors
Your data is neither sold nor shared. It may be processed by our processors: MailerLite (sending the newsletter, data within the European Union), Umami (cookieless audience measurement) and OVH (website hosting, in France).
Transfers outside the European Union
Hosting (OVH) and email sending (MailerLite) take place within the European Union. The audience-measurement tool only processes aggregate and anonymous statistics: no transfer of identifying personal data takes place.
Retention periods
Newsletter email address: until you unsubscribe. Audience statistics: kept in aggregate form. Host technical logs: limited to what is necessary for security.
Cookies and trackers
This site uses no tracking cookies or advertising trackers. Audience measurement is cookieless. No consent banner is therefore required.
